I have to say I still believe Due South was one of the best tv series of all time. It never achieved blockbuster popularity - I always suspected the humor was too sophisticated the average dull American. It's insider pokes at Canadian and American culture were priceless. Anyway I just recently bought season two on DVD and last night watched the episode Starman.
When I first saw Tapping on Stargate I remembered her from this episode. There really is a Rosewell Illinois but but considering the plot I laughed when I saw the town name. It's a delightful episode in a delightful series - I miss shows like this. |
